Allow. Receive. Trust.
What does it mean to trust? To trust in the Universe. To trust in your purpose. To simply trust in the flow. To trust that the path is already yours to receive.
It feels like a surrender. A surrender of what you had planned. What you thought life would look like. A surrender to what the world told you to be. A surrender to the unknown.
Who will I be if I surrender? Authentic. At peace. Centered. Connected. And who will I be if I don’t surrender? Lost. Disconnected. Continuously searching. Alone.
The Warrior Goddess has been whispering to me…
When I first heard her whisper, it was faint. Almost unrecognizable. But somehow, I heard her… and for some reason, I allowed her to show me, to evolve, to be heard. During this time I was in a dark place of: Self-sabotage. Lost. Disconnected. Self-abandonment. Destructive. In pain. And not to be dramatic, but utter agony.
She slowly revealed herself through my paintings. Feathers. Butterflies. Hummingbirds.
Flowers. Colours… so many colours.
She appeared within each brush stroke. She emerged layer upon layer. Slowly showing me the goddess through my art. And I embraced her. I trusted her. Trusted that what was meant to emerge would unfold exactly as it was meant to. And she appeared...
Each painting brought me to places within myself that I had hidden for so long. To parts of me I had forgotten. To places that I was able to see with compassion and love. Her essence. Her energy. They became a part of me. They were always a part of me.
The essence of Goddesses has opened my mind to purpose, intuition, and meaning. It has been healing and allowed compassion. The more I learn about Goddesses, the more I learn about myself and my authenticity. They are a reflection of me. A reflection of you. They can be our teachers. They can remind us who we truly are. The essence of the Goddess lives within all of us. We are beautiful souls who have simply forgotten...forgotten our truth.
We are Warrior Goddesses. Powerful. Strong. Intuitive. Grounded. Aligned. And when we slow down and listen to the whisper…the Universe responds. Everything starts to align. Peace becomes a familiar place. And the question to trust or not, becomes a knowing. A knowing that everything is as it is meant to be.
So, I will continue to listen. I am a Warrior Goddess. I am her. You are her.
Allow. Receive. Trust. And so it is...
